Until I was 12, the only music I knew was Zimbabwean marimba music. My parents fell in love with it before I was born. We would host bands from Zimbabwe at the house I grew up in and I was learning the instrument before I could even walk. As I became exposed to other genres, artists like Bon Iver and Ed Sheeran inspired me to write my own songs. I started producing and releasing music in college and found some success thanks to the Youtube channel Alexrainbird. My debut EP End of Summer came out in 2021 and was featured on Live Nation's Ones To Watch.
I'm now releasing singles written and produced entirely by me to a growing international fanbase. My first full-band show in Los Angeles will be in June at Baaderhouse with Kid Sistr and Carter Vail.
